1. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order with House to Home Furnishings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and vendors.

2. Products and orders

Product descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and we will contact you before processing your order if a price is incorrect.

Order acceptance: The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or a refund.

3. Payments

Payment methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways.

Security: Your payment and personal information are secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We encrypt all of your personal information to ensure it cannot be read over the internet.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping.

Delivery process: You are responsible for ensuring the ordered furniture will fit into the designated room and through all access points (e.g., doorways, stairways). You or a designated adult must be present during the delivery window.

Inspection: You must inspect the furniture upon delivery and note any damages or defects on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may limit your ability to file a claim later.

5. Returns and exchanges

Return policy: You may return eligible products within ten (10) days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders, as well as clearance items, may not be eligible for returns.

Condition: Returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and with all parts included. A restocking fee may apply.

Damage: If your furniture was damaged during shipping, please follow the delivery inspection instructions to document the damage.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer's warranty: Many products come with a manufacturer's warranty. House to Home Furnishings does not offer its own warranty unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of liability

In no case shall House to Home Furnishings, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
